Returns Process:

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Certain products, such as Custom designs, are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Kuchirugs@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or if the item received is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
